Tradeiators Client Agreement - Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Tradeiators is an online competition platform designed for users to participate in trading-related activities, missions, and skill-based competitions using virtual or simulated trading environments and/or other market-linked competition formats made available by the Platform.

• 1.1 Competitive Trading Challenges

  The Platform may allow users to join or create trading competitions, including one-on-one battles, group contests, tournaments, missions, or other formats determined by the Company. Each competition or mission will have its own rules, scoring method, eligibility requirements, timeframe, and prize or reward structure, where applicable.

• 1.2 Real-Time Market Data and Trading Experience

  The Platform may provide real-time or delayed market quotes, price charts, trading dashboards, analytics, leaderboards, and related tools for competition purposes. Any trading activity on the Platform is for the purpose of the applicable competition or mission and does not necessarily represent execution of real-world transactions on your behalf.

• 1.3 Educational and Entertainment Purpose

  The Platform is intended for entertainment, competition, and skill-based participation. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or financial advisory services unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

• 1.4 Leaderboards and Community Features

  The Platform may include leaderboards, rankings, badges, mission progress, chat tools, community features, notifications, and similar functionality. All such features remain subject to this Agreement and any additional rules displayed on the Platform.

• 1.5 No Bonus Offers

  Tradeiators does not offer bonus promotions, deposit bonuses, cashback bonuses, trading bonuses, welcome bonuses, or similar promotional credit unless expressly stated in a written offer issued by the Company. Any reference to a reward, mission benefit, or platform advantage shall not be interpreted as a bonus unless the Company clearly states otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or older if required by applicable law;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• Your use of the Platform is legal in your country or territory of residence and in the place from which you access the Platform;
• You have not been previously suspended, removed, or banned from the Platform without our written permission to return;
• You will comply with this Agreement, all platform rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.

We may refuse access to the Platform, limit services, or suspend accounts where required by law, policy, or risk controls.

3. Account Registration and Security

• 3.1 Account Creation

  You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated.

• 3.2 One Account Rule

  Unless we approve otherwise in writing, each user may maintain only one account.

• 3.3 Account Security

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.

• 3.4 Verification

  We may require you to complete identity, age, address, source-of-funds, or other verification procedures at any time, including before account activation, competition entry, mission participation, or withdrawal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• use someone else's identity, payment method, or account;
• manipulate competitions, missions, rankings, results, or rewards;
• collude, coordinate unfairly, or engage in any form of cheating;
• use bots, scripts, automated trading tools, or other unauthorized software unless explicitly permitted;
• upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
• interfere with the Platform's security, operations, or integrity;
• reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the Platform or its systems;
• harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm other users or staff;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension, disqualification, account termination, or cancellation of rewards.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

• 5.1 Deposits

  You may deposit funds into your account using payment methods supported by the Platform. You must only use payment instruments that belong to you and are lawfully under your control. Third-party payments are not accepted unless we expressly approve them in writing.

• 5.2 Withdrawals

  Withdrawals are subject to completion of any required verification, compliance checks, competition rules, mission rules, anti-fraud checks, and payment processor requirements. Withdrawal timing depends on the selected method and third-party processing times.

• 5.3 Reversals and Chargebacks

  If a deposit is reversed, charged back, disputed, or otherwise recalled, we may suspend the relevant account, cancel winnings or rewards connected to that deposit, and recover any resulting losses or fees.

• 5.4 No Interest

  Funds held in your account do not earn interest. The Platform is not a bank or deposit-taking institution.

• 5.5 Payment Errors

  You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment information, bank processing issues, or third-party payment provider actions.

6. Fees

The Platform may charge entry fees, participation fees, mission fees, service fees, withdrawal fees, or other charges, where clearly disclosed before you incur them.

• Competition or mission entry fees will be displayed before participation.
• Any service fee, commission, or platform fee will be disclosed where applicable.
• Additional fees imposed by banks, card providers, or payment processors are your responsibility.
• Taxes are not included in our fees. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to you.

We may change fees from time to time by updating the Platform or by other reasonable notice methods.

7. Missions

Tradeiators may from time to time offer missions, meaning structured tasks, objectives, milestones, or actions that a user may complete on the Platform.

• 7.1 Mission Types

  Missions may include, for example:

  • completing a trading-related objective within a set timeframe;
  • reaching a defined performance target;
  • maintaining certain risk limits;
  • finishing educational or platform-engagement tasks;
  • participating in a specific competition or activity;
  • other objectives published by the Company.
• 7.2 Mission Rules

  Each mission will have its own description, conditions, eligibility criteria, completion requirements, scoring method, start and end dates, and any applicable reward or benefit. The mission description displayed on the Platform forms part of the Agreement for that mission.

• 7.3 Completion and Verification

  Mission completion is determined solely by the Platform's systems, logs, records, and review processes. We may validate mission completion manually or automatically. Our decision regarding mission completion, eligibility, or disqualification is final, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

• 7.4 Mission Benefits

  Where applicable, a mission may provide badges, points, ranking improvements, access to features, or other in-platform benefits. Any monetary prize or reward will only apply if clearly stated on the Platform for that specific mission.

• 7.5 Abuse and Manipulation

  You may not exploit system errors, create fake activity, use multiple accounts, collude, or otherwise manipulate a mission. We may cancel mission progress, revoke benefits, or suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

• 7.6 Changes to Missions

  We may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue any mission at any time if necessary for operational, legal, security, or fairness reasons.

8. Trading Competitions and Challenges

• 8.1 Participation

  You may join competitions only in the manner described on the Platform. Any applicable entry fee will be deducted or charged according to the instructions provided at the time of entry.

• 8.2 Competition Rules

  Each competition may include rules governing instruments, trade size, leverage, duration, drawdown limits, profit targets, scoring, disqualification, and winner selection. It is your responsibility to read the applicable rules before joining.

• 8.3 No Collusion or Cheating

  You must compete independently and fairly. Collusion, signal-sharing for unfair gain, account sharing, copy-trading outside the allowed rules, and any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited.

• 8.4 Automated Trading

  Automated trading, expert advisors, bots, scripts, or similar tools are prohibited unless the specific competition or mission expressly allows them in writing.

• 8.5 Winner Determination

  Winners, rankings, and results are determined by the Platform using its records, rules, and calculations. Except where required by law, the Platform's determination is final.

9. Rewards, Prizes, and Payouts

Where a competition or mission includes a prize, reward, or payout, the amount, method, eligibility criteria, and timing will be disclosed on the Platform for that specific activity.

We may withhold, delay, or cancel a reward or payout if:

• verification is incomplete;
• there is suspected abuse, fraud, or rule violation;
• chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes occur;
• a legal or compliance issue arises;
• the activity is voided or disqualified under the applicable rules.

No prize or payout is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable rules.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, data compilations, and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may use the Platform only for your personal and lawful participation in the services.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, data providers, hosting services, identity verification providers, or analytics providers. We are not responsible for third-party systems, actions, outages, or content, except where required by law.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

• AI Assistant and Market Insights

  The Platform may provide access to an artificial intelligence-powered assistant (the "AI Assistant") that generates automated insights, trading ideas, market summaries, technical analysis, and news-related content (collectively, "AI Content"). The AI Assistant operates based on algorithms, historical data, market inputs, and probabilistic models, and its outputs are generated automatically without human verification or personalized financial assessment. The AI Content is provided strictly for informational, educational, and convenience purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.

  You acknowledge and agree that any decisions you make, including whether to act upon or ignore the AI Content, are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any AI Content and does not guarantee any outcomes or performance. Past performance, patterns, or signals identified by the AI Assistant are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating the AI Content and for any actions you take based on it.

  By using the AI Assistant, you expressly agree that the Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from your reliance on, use of, or inability to use the AI Content.

12. Disclaimers

• 12.1 No Investment Advice

  Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

• 12.2 No Guarantee of Outcome

  We do not guarantee that you will win competitions, complete missions, achieve profits, or obtain any particular result.

• 12.3 Platform Provided "As Is"

  The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• 12.4 Risk of Use

  You use the Platform at your own risk. Trading-related activities and competition participation may involve financial loss, performance variability, technical issues, or other risks.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to the Company in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrimeEdge Global Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your use or misuse of the Platform;
• your breach of this Agreement;
• your violation of any law or third-party right;
• any fraud, misconduct, or abuse associated with your account.

15. Suspension and Termination

• 15.1 User Termination

  You may stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

• 15.2 Company Suspension or Termination

  We may suspend, restrict, disqualify, or terminate your account immediately if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that you have breached this Agreement, violated applicable law, engaged in abuse or fraud, caused risk to the Platform, or where required for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

• 15.3 Effect of Termination

  Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.

• 15.4 Ban Evasion

  If your account is suspended or terminated, you may not create a new account or use another person's account to bypass the restriction.

We will aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the nature of the issue and any verification required.

Our internal decision on a dispute is final, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws selected by the Company for the Platform and, where applicable, any mandatory consumer or regulatory laws that cannot be excluded.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts selected by the Company for the Platform.

18. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted on the Platform or on another stated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any competition rules, mission rules, reward conditions, privacy policy, and platform notices, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform.

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
