Simulated Trading Risk & Participation Disclosure

Tradeiators does not execute a user’s simulated trades in real financial markets. A simulated losing position cannot create a margin call, negative brokerage balance, liquidation debt or obligation to deposit additional trading funds.

Virtual leverage can magnify simulated P&L and affect a competition result, but it does not create real leveraged exposure for the user.

A paid Battle or Mission may require an entry fee. Once participation begins, the entry fee may become non-refundable. The user may therefore lose the amount paid for participation even though no real-money market trade occurs.

No Real Reward is guaranteed by registration, payment, participation or simulated trading activity. Eligibility depends on the published rules, performance criteria, verification and fair-play requirements.

Participation does not guarantee a reward. A user may perform well and still fail to win because of ranking, mission conditions, time limits, drawdown rules, disqualification criteria or other published conditions.

Simulated results may differ materially from results achievable in a real brokerage account. Reasons include market liquidity, execution priority, latency, spreads, commissions, slippage, financing, margin rules, order-book depth, counterparty behavior, taxes and psychological differences between virtual and real-money decisions.

Prices used for simulation may be delayed, interrupted, corrected, normalized or sourced from a provider that differs from a user’s preferred market venue. A simulated fill may therefore differ from a real-world fill.

Internet outages, device problems, software defects, maintenance, data-feed interruptions or cyber incidents may affect participation. Where fairness is materially affected, the Competition Rules explain available remedies.

Competitive environments may encourage fast or aggressive decision-making. Users should not interpret success in Tradeiators as proof that the same behavior is suitable for real-money investing or trading.

If a user separately chooses to trade real money with a third-party broker or exchange, that decision is outside Tradeiators. The user assumes the separate risks of that third-party activity, including loss of capital.

Tradeiators may independently hedge or replicate certain simulated platform exposure through third-party brokers or counterparties using accounts and funds owned or controlled by Tradeiators or the relevant company. These external transactions are undertaken for Tradeiators’ own account and risk and are not real-money trades executed for or on behalf of the User.

A User has no ownership, control or beneficial interest in such external positions and is not responsible for Tradeiators’ external losses. External execution, pricing and P&L may differ from the simulated activity displayed to the User.

Tradeiators operates a simulated trading and competition platform rather than providing users with real-money brokerage or investment execution through the simulated environment. However, laws concerning paid competitions, promotions, gaming, consumer protection, payments and advertising differ by jurisdiction. The Platform may therefore restrict access even where the underlying simulation itself is technically available.
