Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Account Enforcement Policy

Effective date: 24 September 2026

Tradeiators is a simulated trading and competition platform. All trading activity uses virtual capital. No user trading order is executed with real money on the user’s behalf, and user payments are not used as trading capital, margin or collateral.

1. Objective

Tradeiators is intended to reward legitimate skill and compliance with published rules. Conduct that creates an artificial or unfair advantage is prohibited.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • multiple or duplicate accounts without written authorization;
  • identity theft, fake documents or account impersonation;
  • account sharing, selling or third-party control;
  • collusion, coordinated entries or manipulation of rankings;
  • prohibited copy-trading or coordinated signal execution where activity rules require independent participation;
  • bots, scripts, APIs, EAs, macros or automation unless specifically permitted;
  • exploiting stale prices, latency, platform defects, misconfigured instruments or obvious data errors;
  • VPN, proxy, GPS spoofing or other methods used to evade geographic restrictions or identity controls;
  • payment fraud, unauthorized payment methods or abusive chargebacks;
  • harassment, threats, abusive content or misconduct in community features;
  • attempts to interfere with platform security, source code, servers, data feeds or other users; and
  • any other deceptive conduct reasonably determined to undermine competition integrity.

3. Investigation

Tradeiators may use technical, account, device, identity, payment and competition information to investigate suspected misconduct. A flag is not automatically proof of misconduct; material cases should be reviewed before final sanctions where practicable.

4. Sanctions

Depending on severity, Tradeiators may warn the user, remove an affected trade or score, void an entry, disqualify an activity, withhold an improperly obtained prize, restrict features, suspend the account or terminate access.

5. Proportionality

Where possible, sanctions should be proportionate to the violation and targeted to the affected activity. A broader account ban may be appropriate for fraud, repeated abuse, identity manipulation, sanctions evasion, cybersecurity attacks or serious misconduct.

6. Appeal

Users may appeal enforcement decisions under the Complaints & Appeals Policy.
