Tradeiators values fair play and transparency when it comes to financial transactions on our platform. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle refunds related to deposits made for the purpose of paying entry fees into battles or competitions ("battles").

1. Scope of Policy

  • This policy applies to funds deposited or paid to Tradeiators by participants ("you," "user," "client") for entry fees into battles held on our platform.
  • It also covers refunds in cases where a battle is canceled, postponed, or otherwise affected due to issues on the part of Tradeiators or its authorized partners.
  • This policy does not cover any external agreements you may have with third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Please refer to their terms and conditions for further details regarding transaction fees or settlement times.

2. Refund Eligibility

  1. Battle Cancellation or Postponement
    • If a battle you registered for is canceled or indefinitely postponed by Tradeiators, you are eligible for a full refund of the entry fee associated with that battle.
    • If a battle is rescheduled, and you cannot or do not wish to participate on the new date, you may request a refund of your entry fee.
  2. Technical or Administrative Errors
    • In cases where a deposit was made in error (e.g., duplicate entries or incorrect amount) and is not tied to an active battle, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
    • If you encounter a technical issue preventing participation in the battle, and you have not yet entered or played, you may request a refund.
  3. User-Initiated Withdrawal Before Battle Start
    • If you decide not to participate in the battle and notify Tradeiators before the battle's official start time, you may request a refund of your entry fee.
    • Tradeiators will determine the refund amount on a case-by-case basis, taking into account any administrative or processing fees.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed Battles:

    If you have successfully participated in (or commenced participation in) a battle, entry fees are generally non-refundable unless it was canceled or ended prematurely due to Tradeiators' error.

  • Violation of Terms:

    If your account is suspended or terminated for violating Tradeiators' Terms of Service (including fraudulent activity or cheating), you will not be eligible for any refund.

  • Voluntary Abandonment:

    If you withdraw or leave a battle already in progress without a valid reason recognized by Tradeiators, you will not receive a refund.

4. Refund Process

  2. Review & Assessment
    • Our team will review your request, verify transaction details, and assess eligibility under this policy. We may request additional information or documentation from you.
  3. Decision & Notification
    • Once your request is reviewed, we will inform you of the approval or rejection via email within 10 business days.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to any processing timelines of your payment provider.
  4. Partial Refunds
    • If you only qualify for a partial refund (e.g., administrative or processing fees apply), Tradeiators will clearly disclose the refund amount and any deductions prior to finalizing the transaction.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Communication First:

    We recommend contacting us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Our support team is here to address and resolve any concerns you might have.

  • Account Suspension:

    If a chargeback or dispute is initiated with your payment provider, Tradeiators reserves the right to freeze or suspend your account while the claim is under review.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • Tradeiators may update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. We will post any changes on our website with the revised effective date.
  • Your continued use of our services or participation in battles after any amendments have been posted signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
